An EMOM timer — every minute on the minute. At the top of each minute you start your reps; whatever time is left is your rest. The timer chimes every minute and numbers each round, so you just watch the ring drain and go again when it resets.
How to use it
- Choose a movement and a rep count you can finish inside a minute.
- Hit Start and do your reps at the top of the minute.
- Rest for whatever’s left of the ring — work faster, rest longer.
- Go again the moment it chimes into the next numbered round.
Make it yours
The classic EMOM is 1-minute rounds, but you can tap any step to change it or use the quick-timer chips for 90-second or 2-minute intervals. For an alternating EMOM, edit round names to your two movements. Your setup is saved in the page URL to bookmark or share.
FAQ
What is an EMOM?
EMOM stands for “every minute on the minute.” At the top of each minute you do a set number of reps, then rest for whatever time is left — the faster you work, the more rest you earn. This timer chimes at the start of every minute and numbers each round so you always know where you are.
How many rounds should I run?
Pick the length to match your workout: 10 rounds is a punchy 10-minute EMOM, 20 rounds is a longer grind. Both stop on their own at the end. Need a different interval — 90 seconds, 2 minutes? Tap a quick timer or edit the steps.
Can I change the interval length?
Yes. It loads with 1-minute rounds, but every step is editable and the quick-timer chips offer 60s, 90s, 2 min and 3 min. Your setup rides in the page URL so you can bookmark or share it.
