These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Minute Timer (“Minute Timer”, “the service”), operated by Orbit Phase (“Orbit Phase”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the service you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Minute Timer is a browser-based timer and routine runner. The core timer is free to use. PRO is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features. The service is provided for general productivity use only. We may add, change, suspend, limit, or remove any feature — or discontinue the service entirely — at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the service or create an account. By using Minute Timer you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
Accounts
You can use the free timer without an account. A PRO subscription requires signing in with Google or a one-time email code. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used unlawfully or abusively.
Billing
PRO is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not pro-rated. Prices are shown before purchase and may change with notice for future billing periods.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not: attempt to break, overload, disrupt, probe, or circumvent the service or its security; reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or build a competing product from it; resell or commercially exploit it without our written permission; or use it for any unlawful, harmful, or infringing purpose. We may investigate and suspend access for suspected abuse.
Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and the Minute Timer name and logo, is owned by Orbit Phase or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service as intended. No other rights are granted.
Third-party services
The service relies on third parties — including Stripe for payments, Google for sign-in, and an email provider for one-time codes. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy notices, and we are not responsible for them.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and you should not rely on it where a missed or inaccurate timer could cause harm or loss.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbit Phase will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orbit Phase from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the service or your breach of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law & severability
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Orbit Phase’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service.
