A hands-free squats timer. It runs a work step, chimes, gives you a short rest, and loops — so you squat until the chime, breathe until the next one, and never lose count mid-set.
How to use it
- Stand with feet about shoulder-width apart and hit Start.
- Squat for the whole “Squats” step — chest up, weight in your heels, knees tracking over your toes.
- When it chimes, rest until the next chime, then go again.
- Stop after your target rounds. Tap Reset to start over.
Make it yours
Tap the time inside the ring to change the work or rest length, or use the quick-timer chips. Want a fixed number of rounds instead of an endless loop? Turn Loop off and build the rounds in the sequence editor.
FAQ
How long should each squats round be?
This preset uses 45 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest, which suits most bodyweight sets. Shorten the work step for explosive jump squats, or lengthen it for slow tempo squats — tap the time inside the ring to change it.
How many rounds should I do?
The timer loops until you stop it, so pick a number of rounds — 8 to 12 is a solid session — and hit stop when you reach it. Turn Loop off and add steps if you prefer a fixed count that ends on its own.
